Any current info on SoftScript? - Wondering

I see that SoftScript has an ad running for the first time in quite a while.  Does anyone have any current info on them?  Most of the stuff in the archives is older.  I'm just wondering how they are to work for as far as pay, flexibility, if they have enough work, how they treat their MTs, etc.  I'm a bit confused by their ad as it says "EDITORS NEEDED! THIS IS TRADITIONAL TRANSCRIPTION, NOT VOICE REC," but editing is voice rec, so not sure what they mean there, LOL.
