Also they can specific when they need someone. If you can commit to those hours, you are still an IC as long as it states those hours in your contract. IC doesnt mean you can work whenever the "client" doesnt want you to. You find a different client if those hours dont suit you. You people need to go see a lawyer and stop pretending you know the law
