I have been at this company a while, came from MModal. I am also feeling...overwhelmed. I loved this company at first. I dealt with the ups and downs of work through the holidays. I've managed to work here for over a year with only a few emails from the higher ups telling me I needed to be careful with my work. I haven't been on 1:1 audits since my first 30 days. Overall, I'd think that is pretty good. But lately, the lack of work combined with QA and then getting vague emails from the managers. Now this new audit thing. I like this place, I like the program, I like my schedule. But I don't know about all of this. Clearly, I produce quality work and I feel like they're just treating everyone like we don't know what we are doing.
