for getting rid of an account that I had been working on for at least 4 years. It just up and ~poof~ disappeared, no warning, no email since it's been gone stating it went to ILPs or the hospital system decided to tell MM to kiss off, nothing, nil, nada. That was my "primary." I infrequently had to help with other accounts as this was a huge account with lots and lots of work. Now I'm in the cesspool. Different hospital every time I turn around, different CP, different this and that. Merry freaking Christmas MM style!!!!
