Anyone retired at age 62 but kept working - to receive health insurance

I will be 62 next December and considering retiring because I am taking care of my invalid mother by myself and my income has drastically dropped to about 1200 a month. I will make a couple hundred dollars more if a retire at 62, however, i will still need the health insurance until I reach age 65.
