I suppose that is affordable but I can't find any doctors that I want to go to around here. (I lost access to the ones I used to go to because they aren't in my plan.) My deductible is 3500 and I don't like that either. No matter where you get insurance, there is no pre-existing clause anymore. That was gotten rid of a couple of years ago. However, I have wondered about getting a colonoscopy with no deductible because I had colon cancer 10 years ago and I afraid they would classify it as diagnostic and thus charge me under my deductible. I haven't been to a doctor in a couple of years because this insurance stinks, but I will be in a world of hurt if something major goes wrong without it. Damned if you do and damned if you don't.
