what did Nuance do? They just took that EXACT amount off of our PTO. They DESPISE doing the right thing, paying a living wage, or ANYTHING that allows their MTs to make once CENT over minimum wage.
Yep, sit back and wait. That's what I did. I KNEW this was going to happen! So now I get to collect unemployment AND severance pay. I KNOW they HATE that their shi*t pay and unfair BS didn't drive some of the CA employees away....so now they just had to lay us off and pay severance/UI and be done with it.
This company would DEFINITELY win ANY WORST COMPANY award.
