I have worked there since July and I like it. I have an account that has 14 hospitals under it, each with their own account specs. There are ESL, but so far the speech engine does well with them and there is not a lot to correct. The platform is Escription and is very easy to learn. I have a secondary account and a tertiary account. Some accounts have more specs than others. My speed has been increasing and my account is fairly easy now because I am used to it. A good thing is they don't require a set schedule and there is no minimum line count.
