3.5 cpl. They will assign you old work that nobody wanted to tackle. They suddenly and without warning change up your pools. Some accounts require pending every report with complicated pend notes which must be worded just as required in the AI. I grew tired of the cherry picking and snapped. I quit in disgust. Like I said slave wages at 3.5 on difficult accounts which keep you in the BE instructions.
