What's the deal! OOW again. - Sick of it

Okay, I just finished a job, half a screen full of jobs left in Escription.  Sent the job, and now all of the work is gone that was there.  How is this possible.  Very angry.  I sure am glad that I am not the only person working in my family or I would be in big trouble.  I don't know how all of you that depend on this job for a living are making it the last few months.  Something is not right.
