I think they are focusing more on quality than anything else at the moment, but this could be different between BOBs. I did feel there was a noticeable and significant shift from a huge emphasis on productivity, where quality was hardly ever mentioned, a few years ago, to now a much greater emphasis on quality. I wonder if this comes down from corporate. Seems like they are still watching all the metrics, including inactive time, T/F discrepancies, etc., but the major focus right now seems to be quality.
