In the last year, my audits have dropped too, but have only had a couple of "critical" errors (date of service in ADT) in my 10+ years with MM. It made me so upset when it first started happening, and even though I am on PM, my pay hasn't been cut (yet), so I'm just coasting along until retirement in 2 years. From what I read on this board, MM seems to be focusing a lot on MTs they say have issues with Teamwork/Fluency discrepancies or meeting LMP than audits or am I wrong?
