This is why you have to let all the nitpicking leave your consciousness. Think about it, when you review some of the other reports, they are awful. So let them pick at you to justify their paycheck, but know you are doing a great job with the ESLs that don't speak a word of English and the horrible phones being used to dictate. Get your paycheck, even though it is lower than in previous years, and retire when YOU are ready, don't let them nitpick you out of your job. The worst (or best?) thing that can happen is you get fired with audit scores of 99.4-99.6 and get unemployment until you retire for good or find another job in the same field, where anyone would be thrilled to have you. Do it on your terms, not their terms.
