I have gone through that before and just tried to re-read my reports to catch any little thing. It does cut into the production though. Also, I always try to keep that cursor on the next word and delete unnecessary text as needed. I find that the "stutterers" and those docs that keep changing their mind are the easiest to make errors on. I don't know if any of this helps but don't feel alone. I have flunked audits and been nick picked too. Hang in there!
