Every single time there is an update, ASR gets terrible and we all know the more ASR screws up, the more chance for us to miss things. I have an account that for over 6 months now expands out abbreviations dictated and capitalizes every letter of the expansion DVT - Deep Venous Thrombosis and there are a bunch it does it to. Why can't they reprogram and fix that? I have to do it or be gigged. Accuracy would be so much better if they would just get rid of ASR and go back to straight typing. So frustrating
