I wasn't on PM but did get a warning - for failing two consecutive

audits. I got a warning that if I failed the next audit, I would be put on PM. Then the next day I got a warning from the TSA about teamwork/fluency time discrepancy, and then got a conference call and got fired. I'm guessing my name just came up one too many times on the "list"
