If they don't have documentation then how can they say this is happening. That does not even make sense. I was actually called out on just the opposite thing once because unknowingly I left a job open in my queue and signed out to fix dinner. They had a report showing the discrepancy and asked me about it. This is the opposite of what they are saying you did, but I saw the report. It shows every second of you signing in and out of Teamwork and every second of you being in Fluency or not. The report is available, and I would definitely be asking to see it if I were you.
