a personal log of fluency versus teamwork times, then demand to see written proof. You might need this proof to get UE if they try to fight it.
you aren't staying punched in during NJA waiting for a job are you? If so, that's your problem. Also, if you are sitting on the download/list of uploaded jobs screen for any length of time and are clocked in, that is also a problem as it doesn't count as being in Fluency if you are sitting on that screen.
