That the doctors have become worse and worse. In the day, there were rarely any ESLs, now that is all I get. And the new breed of American doctor slurs, burps, eats, uses the restroom while dictating, very very unprofessional. And back in the day, the dictators were held accountable for their terrible dictating styles. The era of not being accountable for ones own actions rots plain and simple. Garbage in garbage out is my motto
