Back when QA was hourly they did have the time to work with the MTs. I had the best working relationship with my QAs because they actually did mentor. Of course that was back when we only had 1 account and had to be taken off full QA before being allowed to work on it solo. Now working on 15-20+ accounts at a time is a given. And with QA being on production there is barely enough time to get through the report much less take the time to give feedback. So Mmodal is reaping what they sowed. They wanted everyone on production. They got it.
