if not spelled by the dictator. I have had dictators ask for blanks for them to fill in later (blanks used to produce *** and I have had docs ask for 3 asterisks to be added to text).

Any measure of blanks by MM is a crock o feces. But is only stands to reason, because anything done by MM is a crock o feces.
