You are not alone in this. I figured out that the reason for the POD was so someone could pick and choose what dictators work we edit. It becomes pretty obvious when you get the same BAD dictation and the same BAD dictators ALL the time. I work part-time, so I figured it is no accident that I get the same bad dictators (from all the different accounts) that I work on. It is so unfair, but it seems to be the MM way..,,,,
