There are a group of people that actually get good accounts, easy work, and make money (probably them disliking). Then there are those of us that get the garbage. When I first got hired, I had easy work and I loved what I was doing. As I moved through the tiers to a 3, I now have the crap accounts. Every time I get used to and kind of straighten out a mess, it "goes global" or so I am told, and they put me on another crap account. Then, I see messages about problems with the account I was on and sometimes end up as backup on the same account. Anyway I can un-test and drop to a tier 1? I was perfectly happy typing ER reports all day every day and made a lot more money.
