I already knew that, but they checked it when I called in the other day with other problems.
I have been told in the past that when the Indian workers all arrive at work in the morning, they all sign on at the same time and it slows the system down considerably. They are about 12 hours different from me, and one of my time periods of slow down always happens in the evening, when they would be signing on in the morning.
