Smaller groups with less accounts available, it will work for those with big 24/7 hospital accounts.
Right now I rarely get my main account and end up bouncing between dozens of accounts nightly.
I guarantee I am in a group that will be plagued with NJA.
Oh well, maybe they will lay me off and I can get unemployment while I finish school.
