You have to report any and all income from any source. Here it is right from the IRS website:
https://www.irs.gov/uac/Reporting-Miscellaneous-Income

Even if she pays five bucks, it has to be reported. (We just dealt with this issue in tax law and I had the info at my fingertips.) Hope this helps!
