what are we supposed to do when there's NJA, we have used up all our PTO to cover NJA, and we aren't allowed to used Excused Absence/No Work unless it's a holiday? I understand MM's answer is to move our hours around, but what if we can't? Then what? Is that their way of squeezing people out?
