rendered as Ace, so that is how I render it. My opinion on the matter would be irrelevant, so I don't waste energy on worrying about it. It really does not matter one way or the other.
Find out what your account wants, do it that way, and get on with your life. No patient is going to be harmed because your client wants Ace vs. ACE. And the client does not care what the MT thinks about it.
