ACE is a trademark, but I think it appears in all caps to draw attention to itself on the shelf and in advertising, which isn't really necessary in a medical document. It isn't an acronym, either; and I think it is perfectly acceptable to use only an initial cap (Ace) in a document when it precedes the word bandage, wrap, etc. I've done it this way for 35+ years. I reserve ACE for when I transcribe ACE (angiotensin converting enzyme) inhibitor, which is a true acronym.
