All these big accounts supposedly in our POD but it all went ILP and QA was expected to full proof everything so it looked good before going to client. Then when management felt it was good enough the accounts disappeared. Why do you think they are pushing for people to tier up?
I don't buy into the lies any more either. I got Christmas holiday denied for PTO and gave up time with my family out of town only to sit here with an NJA screen. I swore that was the last time I let them take advantage of me. Now NJA all the time if and when the work comes in they will expect we will drop everything to work. I cannot finish school fast enough.
