If you aren't laid-off, you don't qualify. Period.

I was told to file for partial unemployment since we were in NJA. However, since I am forced to use all of my PTO with NJA, I can't file for partial unemployment until my PTO is out and my checks reflect a reduction in hours.

I am going to school on my own. Luckily I live in a state where I already get free tuition for community college (California). So all I have to do is dig in to pay for my books and supplies.

I have 2 more semesters and I will have a paralegal certificate and then I am out of here.
