Yes. As soon as our HDSM (SM) was fired , the time card nazi (LC) took it upon herself to change everything the way it works for HER.

We NEVER had to do those things. NOT EVER. She wants us to do HER job! Lazy!

Just FYI, you don't have to wait for the email with the "right" ticket number. After you submit your NJA in Remedy and the pop up box gives you the number (the one we used to use), hit the refresh button at the top right and it will bring up your new NJA ticket that you just submitted and it will give you the ticket number (the one she wants). Sometimes you have to hit refresh twice, but it's still quicker than waiting for an email.
