After opening a Remedy ticket, you wait for your email with the INC# then copy and paste it to your time card with an alert to manager.
For PTO you do the same thing.
I know so, so many rules to follow and then if you don't do it correctly you are spending you own personal time trying to figure it all out. I would rather put in requests and let her figure out where it goes, she's getting paid for sitting there doing it, not us.
If we had work this would not even be an issue!
