Since they have done the switch-a-roos on accounts and work pools and made color-coded work pools, is anyone else having issues with achieving their line counts or not being as productive as you were prior to all of this? I find myself bombarded with with gobs of OP notes and the worst dictators dictating them that my counts have fallen, thus my wages have declined significantly? Sometimes, I feel some of us are targeted for being productive in the past. It's just sad what this profession has come to. There is no empathy or care for the ones who are actually dealing with all the mess.
