in, one is easy the other hard. Both have to be out right now. By your thinking you would put the person with the least amount of experience on the hard one and the person with the most amount of experience on the easy one, just so you're fair about it. Or would you put the people most capable of finishing the work fast, and in the best quality that you can, on the work they are the most capable of doing and get that work out on time? Production work should be a mixture of the 2, but when you have to get work out, you put the person most qualified to get it out in the fastest possible time on the work they can do the best. Life is not fair, get over it. You should be proud you can do the hard work. Instead of looking for the easy way, work on improving your abilities to get the hard work done fast too. PS: No, I'm not management.
