the easier work to the newest people. The harder work should go to the older people. They should know how to do it by now. That's pretty much the way it's always been. By the way, I've seen this before that you can look up old dictations to see who's doing them, and I've never seen anything like what you've said. It also takes a lot of time from working to be in there looking all this stuff up. Get back to work and mind your own business, I say.
