But what is dumb is that this is a business of production. The MT AND the business make more money if the experienced MTs are put on the faster/easiest stuff because they are faster and more experienced. Let the slow pokes do the slowest reports. They should pay their dues like we all have! Pay me hourly and I'll do the worst of the worst and take my sweet-ass time.
