You are referring to the credential they handed out a few months ago. I am not as enthusiastic about it as you (still send 99% of my blanks to QA), but agree that it saves a lot of time when the audio is a mess.

This competency badge is something "new and exciting!" (cringe) I haven't looked into it yet, but will try to earn the badge *if* it is something that will look good on my cover letter or resume. I have voluntarily taken some Enrich courses for that purpose. All part of my escape plan.
