Why don't they just PAY US A LIVING WAGE instead of sinking all this money into FIESA garbage, and Enrich, and these ridiculous ideas such as this badge nonsense. Seriously, Nuance? A competency badge? That's what you're offering? Are we supposed to be happy about this "new and exciting" thing? Do you think that somehow pacifies us because you're doing something "for" us? It's LAUGHABLE. What a waste of time and money. Keep your badges. JUST PAY US WHAT WE'RE WORTH AND QUIT STEALING OUR MONEY. Badges?! I'm just shaking my head.
