It truly is bizarre how much effort, time, and resources they put into ensuring they pay the MTs the least amount they possibly can. I picture a bunch of suits around a table, wringing their greedy hands and brain-storming ways to further reduce our pay, with the one coming up with the best way receiving a big bonus. Seems like they would come out ahead if they just cut the fat (all those layers) and paid us better.
