looking over your shoulder? Tell her to go away, that if you need help you'll ask for it. and if you can, angle your seat and monitor screen so you're facing out and can see her coming and she can't easily see the screen.
If you're being paid on production, this is interfering with your wages. If you're not, it's interfering with TAT and that also will have an impact on future wages.
Tell her to go away.
