Dear Dr. _____ Kindly refrain from dictating at home. The quality of the dictation sucks, your kids are yelling and screaming in the background, the dog is barking, and you sound like you're talking from the bottom of a well. As a result your reports are being submitted to QA or QC or whatever, and I am probably going to be dinged for sending through reports that have more holes in them than Swiss cheese.
Thank you so much for doing your part to ensure that I receive even crappier pay than normal.
