ONLY reason is that right now I only have 2 accounts, and their client profiles are pretty identical AND for the time being there is always work. Take away any of those and more variables and back down my hourly goes.
You cannot win in this MT thing anymore. I don't expect to be making my whopping 14/hr for too long. They will offshore the account eventually.
No one can really give you any tips because it all depends on the accounts you have, the availability of work, and the crapiness of the dictators -- all out of each single MT's control sadly.
