Whatever it is - they should probably be paid more than MLS as supposedly you need more experience....
Got an offer to move to QC and am thinking of doing it as my carpal tunnel in my old wrists is really hurting lately.....but I can't take a reduction in pay, maybe the same, but not a reduction. Also, I need to assure that I am not responsible for any pay cuts for any MLS - I refuse to do that, but isn't that QA, not QC?
