I work for Nuance and would not recommend it to anyone. I also graduated from Career Step several years ago. I still go to their graduates forum for advice sometimes. I recently went there looking for ideas on companies to apply to. I'm not totally sure all the comments are honest, but there are some companies people say they are happy at. I'm applying to some of them myself.
