I'm not sure how many people are on my team, but I can tell you that we have been averaging at least 1-2 resignations a month since the beginning of the year in the MLS pool. We have also lost 2 or 3 POCs and have had 4 different TSMs since January. Most of us that stayed took a 25-30% pay cut after the grid was put into place.
