They tell us that we are now responsible for being the conduit for fixing errors doctors make when they are dictating, but in the same breath, we are told to be sure that we are typing verbatim....which one is it? Or is this yet another way for Nuance to screw us out of the money they already do not pay us?! While I am at it, I might as well say this....if an "authority figure" (e.g., TSMs) cannot even send a basic e-mail without having multiple typos and punctuation errors, then why are we "lowly" MLSs subjected to such a rule?!
