I'd like to get their take on it, too. In my situation, for quite awhile I think we have been doing a pilot program and points have not been taken off for any work sent to QC, but only on post audits -- which has been gratifying because it's removed the stress of QC dings and bothering with reversal requests. I'll have to study the samples given in their email more carefully. As usual, though, the ifs-ands-or-buts details are making my head spin (like the pay grid did)!
