Amazing, they will dismiss/fire someone for not meeting their production requirements, yet they will not fire dismiss/fire someone for cherry picking. Our pay is determined by amount of blanks and percentage to QA and amount of lines, yet there is nothing being done to teach some of the deplorable dictators on better dictation skills, but there sure is plenty of reasons as to why our pay is a direct result of our fault? How this place is able to have a business is beyond me. The old saying "what one allows will continue" no more for me, I quit.
