My apologies, I did misunderstand. But you are right--they cannot retroactively pay you less. I do think an attorney consultation might help. You should not have to go through this kind of baloney sausage. Your client should be ashamed of him/herself and I would tell them so if I were there! (Growling like my Doberman.....)
